Conduit Capital helps UK owner managed businesses raise finance for a specific purpose. Whether that's funding an acquisition, supporting growth, or restructuring existing debt. We work with owners who want the right funding on the right terms, without spending months managing the lender market themselves.
What we help with
Acquisition funding.
Capital to buy another business, whether a competitor, a bolt-on, or a management buy in. We structure the debt and equity components so the deal stands up commercially and leaves the acquired business with room to perform.
Growth capital.
Funding to expand — new sites, new products, new markets, or the hires needed to deliver them. This is for owners who have a clear plan and need the capital to execute it without giving away more of the business than they need to.
Refinancing.

How it works
We start with a conversation. The aim is to understand the business, the purpose of the funding, and what terms would actually work for you. Not to produce a pitch deck before we know what we're pitching.
From there, we approach the lenders in our network most likely to fund the deal on sensible terms. We don't send your information to everyone and see what sticks. We target a small group who we know have appetite for businesses like yours at this stage.
Once offers come in, we negotiate terms on your behalf and manage the process through due diligence to drawdown. You stay focused on running the business while we handle the funder, the legal documentation, and the conditions precedent.
